Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office and Regional Jail‘s very own Sgt. Ray Keen was honored at this past weekend’s Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce & Tourism banquet as the 2023 Volunteer of the year. Everyone who knows Ray know’s that he loves the Alleghany Highlands and will do anything to help someone out. From making donuts int he Shriner’s trailer to hosting a car show at Douthat State Park. The Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office and Regional Jail is very proud of Ray for his accomplishments and we wish him great success on many new adventures to come. Join us in saying thank you Ray.
