Today was a great day of many to come for the Alleghany County Sheriffs Office & Regional Jail. Deputy Steven Holt graduated basic law enforcement course and will begin his official duties on Monday March 11, 2024. He demonstrated discipline in his study habits and finished in the top 25% of his class. We at the Sheriffs office look forward to helping Steven learn his new career.
