We Know that visits and phone calls are important to you. HomeWAV's video visitation system lets you talk one-on-one via high-speed internet and video connection. . You can see your loved ones as often as you like, without the need for scheudling!

Remote visits: Your visitors can connect from anywhere as often as they like

1. Send unlimtied,free text invites on the HomeWAV kiosk to direct your friends and family to HomeWAV.com, where they can set up a free account. They simply need a smart phone, mobile device, or computer with high speed internet connection, webcam, speakers, and microphone.

2. Once they set up a free account, visitors can easliy upload funds to be used for video visits, as well as video messaging. Visits are by-the-minute and do not require minimum block purchases or scheduling.

3. Watch for your name to be displayed on one of the HomeWAV video monitors, which will tell you when you have a visitor online.

4. Log in, connect the call, and within minutes you will be visiting face-to-face with your loved ones.

Onesite Visits: Visitors must schedule all onsite visits through homewav.com, using the HomWAV mobile app, or by calling HomeWAV Visitor Support. You must confirm or reject the requested visit time or else your onsite visit will not take place. Onsite visitation schedules and rules are set by the facility and may be adjusted accordionly.
